Her Story
Kimberly spent most of her childhood in Modesto. She graduated from Beyer High School and then attended UC Santa Barbara, where she earned a double major in Sociology and Law & Society. Upon graduation she attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento.
She practiced various areas of law over her 20+ year career, ultimately finding her passion in Estate Planning, which has been her sole area of practice since 2012 when she joined Dickerson Law.
She is committed to guiding clients through the often complex and sensitive process of planning for the future, ensuring their wishes are clearly documented and their loved ones are protected. She understands that the loss of a loved one is an especially difficult time, and takes pride in helping clients create plans that ease the burden and provide clarity when it matters most. Kimberly approaches each client relationship with empathy, patience, and a practical mindset, taking the time to listen carefully and tailor solutions to each individual's unique needs.
Beyond her legal practice, Kimberly has devoted countless hours to volunteering and community service. She has contributed her time and resources to numerous organizations and has served on multiple boards of directors, including the ASTRO Foundation, Rotary, and the American Association of University Women (AAUW).
Kimberly and her husband have a daughter who is the light of their lives. Family and close relationships are central to her, and she values spending meaningful time together. She is also an avid animal lover, with several adored pets. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys reading and exploring a wide range of creative pursuits, particularly crafting and hands-on projects.
Her combination of experience, compassion, and community involvement allows her to provide thoughtful, personalized estate planning services to every client she serves.
