What makes a great first email
- What you do — one or two sentences about the business.
- What hurts — the outdated site, the unanswered DMs, the AI subscription nobody uses.
- Your timeline — "yesterday" is an acceptable answer.
- A time window — a couple of days/times that work for a 30-minute call.
